Center's Fee: $13,100 to provide the couple with a qualified surrogate mother. Additionally, this fee includes surrogate screening, matching, thorough case management through delivery of child, medical management, and contracts between parties.

-Center's fee is split into two payments. $6,250 upon signing contract with SPCT. $6850 due three business days prior to meeting surrogate.
-This fee is non-refundable.

Surrogate Living Expenses: $15,000-$18,000 Payable to surrogate on in exchange for her time, inconvenience, discomfort, and services.

-This is due on the day contract with surrogate is signed or is agreed upon SPCT and intended parents.
-The entire amount will be managed and disbursed by SPCT.

Surrogate Reimbursable Expenses: $3,000 expense account is established. Through this account surrogate will be reimbursed .31 cents per mile plus tolls for related travel expenses. Surrogate will receive up to $50 per day for childcare while she is at medical or counseling appointments. She will also be reimbursed for expenses such as ovulation predictor kit, meals during long visits, and other unforeseen expenses. This account will cover a maximum of $750 maternity clothing. This portion will also be used for expenses related to medically prescribed bed rest ( maximum $3,000). When the balance falls below $500 the couple will be asked to bring balance back to $3,000. Plan on replenishing this account. Receipts will be required for all reimbursed expenses. This is due at the time contract with surrogate is signed.
