Center Fee: $3,500 This fee provides reciepient with one qualified egg donor. This fee includes prescreening, psychological assessment, case management through retrieval and intent contract with donor.

Egg Donor Fee:
SPCT will disburse this payment to donor.
Donor Fee: $5,000

If the cycle is canceled prior to the retrieval by medical facility, donor will be paid up to $500

Egg Donor Expenses:
An expense fund is developed to pay for donor's expenses related to participation in the program. This includes but is not limited to .25 per mile, plane fare if necessary, tolls, and meals, during longer visits. The escrow deposit required for donor travel is as follows: If donor lives more than 60 miles from recipient's physician:$1,500., while the deposit for a donor located within 60 miles of the recipient's physician is $100.

Insurance:
$400 This fee includes accidental insurance policy and processing fee for donor and recipient.

ESTIMATED TOTAL: $7,500- $10,900 plus medical and prescription fees. Due when donor selection has been made.
