Embryo Adoption Program
Fee Schedule

$4,500 Agency Fee- this portion of the fee includes homestudy ( travel expenses for homestudy are additional) if necessary, Contracts and legal facilitation for a typical, non-contested adoption of embryo(s), Case management fees, matching services and general guidance throughout transfer of embryo(s) to adoptive parents clinic.

The agency fee is paid in two parts:

$3,000 at the time couple signs on with SPCT. The remaining $1,500 is paid upon match with embryo donor.

$200 minimum trust account deposit- travel for agency representative to conduct homestudy, travel for embryo donor couple to attend matching meeting or other reimbursable items. Deposit amount will depend on location of parties in relation to SPCT office (Dallas, Texas).

If pregnancy is not achieved after transfer of adopted frozen embryo(s) an additional $500 will be due in order to be matched with new embryo donor. Additional trust deposit will also be due.

All expenses related to the storage, shipping and transfer of embryo(s) will be the responsibility of the adoptive parents. These expenses should be paid by adoptive parents directly to the medical facility, physician or other service provider.

All legal contracts are drafted in and for Dallas County, State of Texas. If it is necessary for a contract to be drafted in another state, the adoptive parents will be responsible for those expenses.
